This client is a digital marketing agency that creates marketing campaigns for clients in various sectors. Specifically, their services include SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, and branding.

Situation:
Our client faced issues with managing client accounts, which led to missed deadlines and miscommunication between clients and internal teams. Therefore, they needed an experienced account manager to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. This account manager would act as the link between their clients and the agency’s teams to make sure clients receive best-in-class service.

About the New Hire:
In line with their request, we vetted several candidates and presented the client with a shortlist. After a couple of  interviews, the client selected Sarah. 

Sarah joined the agency as an account manager, bringing four years of experience in client relations and project management. Her background includes working with diverse clients across various industries, which has equipped her with the skills to handle complex projects and maintain strong client relationships.

She is proactive, possesses great communication skills and is able to manage multiple projects effectively, without dropping the ball on any. 

Key Responsibilities of the New Hire:

Sarah’s key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and client projects are delivered on time.
• Working closely with the creative and technical teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Successfully managing campaigns for clients and ensuring that goals are achieved. 
• Supporting the Account Director in delivering client proposals and preparing pitch responses.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that client work is delivered promptly and efficiently.

The Talent’s Salary and How Much We Helped the Client Save:

Sarah’s monthly salary is £1,200/month, and this has allowed the client to save £20,600 in one year.
